In Virgen del Brezo we remain committed to our origins, our people and our land. We live and work exactly in the same place where almost sixty years ago our activity began. With a human capital of eighty people, we are one of the leading companies in the North of Palencia.

We do think that the social commitment of a company starts in its region. That is why we collaborate with town councils, cultural, sporting and humanitarian associations in the area where we are, through sponsorships and product donation.

Within the logical limits imposed a 5,000 kg daily manufacture, we try to make a puff pastry as natural as possible.

Our recipe is simple and free of preservatives and dyes, and it is a product 100% vegetable, suitable for vegans.
